Of all the Presidents of the French Republic, François Mitterrand obviously was the worst. The indecent worship developed after his death by his former party friends and by some of those who flourished under him during his reign makes necessary a critical exam of his policy, that policy which brought France to the edge of the abyss. The socialist have proceeded with these harmful deeds, and they have transformed this nation - that formerly was "the lighthouse of Europe" - into a country much alike those of the Third World. Therefore, "Guerre privée" is a satirical tract in which the author (a former high civil servant, now a University professor) expresses, under a pen-name, his indignation and his fear, alas too real, to see Mitterrand's successor continue, or even make this "malgoverno" worse.

Up to now, and because it could be considered contrary to the prevailing fashion, this book has not found a publisher, so dreadful seems to be the intellectual terrorism enforced by the Mitterrand gang on the shy and conformist intelligentsia.

Le culte indécent qui lui est rendu par ses affidés et par ceux qui ont prospéré sous son règne appelle un examen critique de la politique qu'il a conduite, politique qui a mené la France au bord de l'abîme. Les socialistes ont poursuivi cette oeuvre néfaste, et transformé ce pays, qui fut, jadis, "le phare de l'Europe" en un pays assez semblable à ceux du Tiers Monde. "Guerre privée" est donc un pamphlet, qui traduit l'indignation de l'auteur, et sa crainte, hélas fondée, de voir son successeur prolonger, voire aggraver, ce "malgoverno".

Politiquement fort "incorrect", cet ouvrage n'a pas, jusqu'ici, trouvé d'éditeur, tant le terrorisme intellectuel que fait régner le clan Mitterrand est encore puissant auprès de 'l'intelligentsia" conformiste.
